PEDRALBA
Nestled in the countryside on the outskirts of Valencia is the rural town of Pedralba, surrounded by orange groves and mountains.
A small town but still offering plenty of friendly bars, restaurants and a small local supermarket and just a 10 minute drive to Lliria town centre.
Within the town you will find the 18th century parish church decorated around the doorway with images of the sun and moon and just around by the Post Office there is a small street market every Tuesday.
A unique row of grand houses line the main road which goes through the village and in front runs a narrow channel of water which is used to irrigate the orange groves beyond.
Despite the number of expats that are moving to the coastal and inland towns, Pedralba stills remains typically Spanish with amazing views to mountains beyond.
