Fruit Crumble
Ingredients

1 ½ lb fruit (use whatever you grow in your garden or is in season)
3oz margarine
3oz sugar
6oz plain or self raising flour (or 3oz flour, 3oz porridge oats)
Method
Stew fruit slightly with a little water and sugar if hard. Put into pie dish. Rub the margarine, sugar and flour (or oats) together until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Cover fruit completely with crumble, and bake at Gas 4 for 40 minutes.
